All new subscribers will automatically have access to a regional board based on the information received at the time of purchasing a subscription. If you are already a member or subscriber and would like to have access to a regional group based on your current location, all you need to do is send a PM/email to Dallas (the admin) and he will add you to a single regional board of your choice (only in exceptional cases will you be allowed to belong to more than one regional group - you will need to provide a strong motivation for this and the decision to grant access to any additional boards is entirely at the discretion of the site owner).

Regional boards are intended to allow locals of a specific geographic region their own place to discuss issues that will not ordinarily be of interest to the greater international membership of the site. You may post anything in your local board and in your mother-tongue, but we encourage you to post your pictures to the main international discussion areas (although this is not a requirement).

Typical posts in a regional board may pertain to classified ads, get-togethers for specific groups of photographers in an area, or discussions relating to the photography market in that region. Posts may be moved from regional boards to the main site at the request of the members participating in that thread.

The same moderation and code of conduct applies to the regional boards as does the main boards on the forum.
