Hi Thor! Nice to see you back with some cool scenes.
If it weren't for your captions, I'm not sure I would know they were from the Phillipines!
I enjoy this red foliage IR with the blue elsewhere. I've actually never tried this myself (!). Must do. But why does this red/blue thing work so well? (....rhetorical question...) I don't think IR like this would work quite so well if the foliage were some other colour. Like if you made these scenes in purple/green, seems like it would totally detract from the scene at hand instead of enhance it.
I notice that the foliage in the 2nd shot has more detail than in the 1st where the saturation might have overwhelmed things? I do like the signage in the 1st shot and the colours there.
The statue shot is excellent - cool the way you angled the composition. Works quite well.
Also love the street IR girl and palm frond.

Thank you so much, Andrea for the kind comments!
I haven't touched my cameras that much. With my eyes still recovering from an inflammatory something from a year ago, photography is an indulgent for me nowadays. Plus, hurricane Sandy hit our hospitals hard (NYU Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital) that I had to put photography really in the backburner.
The images above were part of something like 20 shots I did since October.
