My old D300 is just taking up space. It suffered a run-in with some salt water many years ago and was inoperative for a while. After a thorough rinse and drying period without battery it is working now with no apparent faults, but I make no guarantees. It might stop working again. I tested it for a while now with no apparent issues optically or electronically. There is a small vertical streak (about 3/8") at the bottom of the display which looks like perhaps a deposit on the interior surface of the glass cover. Otherwise it looks brand-new physically!

I have the camera, one battery, the original box, and most if not all of the original accessories. I'll throw in a bunch of 8GB CF cards.

I could probably send it to Nikon for testing and cleaning and sell it for $500 or so on eBay, but I'd never be totally confident that it was reliable and would rather it goes to someone who will use it to fill an appropriate non-critical niche.

$200 shipped to anywhere in the United States (sorry, not worth the trouble of dealing with customs and duties for an item like this). Or make me an offer of a good home for an old friend.
