Many of my street photographs are taken in the vicinity of the St. Michael's Hospital, here in downtown Toronto.
One day in the winter, while walking by the hospital, I saw a patient braving the elements to have a cigarette in the Designated Smoking Area.
We chatted for a few minutes, and he was kind enough to let me take this informal portrait.

You know, this shot just cracks me up.  I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.  But it makes me smile each time I view it. 8)

The irony of his situation and the overall compostion is just great.  Really nice shot, Robert.

I agree that this shot is an example of Black Humour. I also smile every time I look at it.
He may not be blessed with good judgement, but he's got determination in spades.
