I like the image, but something in it makes it awkward for me. The fact that it is tall and narrow? Comp?
heck I dunno Ron. Perhaps it printed large and hanging on a wall - the perspective will be different in my mind.
So I will sit on the fence with this one.

What a beautiful building. I really like this photo. After Elsa's comment, I can see her point. Maybe try cropping it in half to bring more focus on the boy and see what you think. This image is good enough to try a few things to see what makes it stronger for you.

I was in Houston last week and had thought to get in touch, but the family schedule kept things too busy. Too bad, maybe another time.

I like the picture as it is. Probably because the building interst me and not the boy .. my eyes just absorbes the details of the building.

I also like the detail - thats why I didnt suggest a crop. I dont know what to suggest. maybe I am just plain wrong!

Thank you Longhiker, Lars and Elsa (again). I see this image as being somewhat analogous to street shots that cover a wide area and have a single person in it that is very small compared to the whole. Anyway, I have no regrets about how I did it.

The in-laws aren't moving, so I'll be back again sometime. There's a wedding happening in July, but I don't know if I'm coming or not. Work may be too busy then. If I do make it down, I will be in touch.
