I shopped at Kits Camera before I realized it was Ritz.  I bought a special discount card (with a Nikon D80 during a sales promotion) for $15 that would reward me with dollars off on future purchases.  For about 6 months they found no record of the card.  After a few more months, they found it and told me I had a store credit of around $12 (from the D80 purchase).  Six months later when I tried to use the credit at the store, they told me this was a really old program and had been discontinued.  I sent a few emails to Ritz, but got no response. So, I gave them $15 for nothing.

I once ordered some SD cards on line (they were a really good price).  After many weeks of no delivery, they notified me the order was canceled.  They did not give a reason.

I no longer buy from them.  I occasionally stop in the store to look for discounted items, but I make my more serious purchases at Amazon, Adorama, and  B&H.
