My first transaction with them was a disaster; B&H came to the rescue. Samy's does not do credit card transactions for first time buyers. They "forgot" to tell me that, but ent me a UPS locator for the D3 that nver came. It wasn't until the fourth or fifth call that the salesman realized what the issue was. Now with just 3 days to go before a trip, I called B&H and they sent me a D3 overnight.
Have been back for some itmes I needed while in L.A., but htey won't get the bid ticket money because of my first experience!

I've bought a few things from them via their ebay auctions - always thoroughly and accurately described, well packed, and shipped fast. Never any issue at all.
