I have not used them to purchase equipment, but anytime I need somethig weird Nikon, battery doors, the little terminal caps that always get lost, etc, they are the first place I will look. I have purchased from them twice and both times the transactions were pleasant and speedy.
It's interesting to just browse through what they have to offer.

i was looking for the BS-2 hot shoe cap for the D3 (misplaced mine but found it later), so i contacted them and received a reply that they would order one for me. the cap turned out to be on back order, but i received it in three weeks from boca/precision. i've also purchased a couple of lens caps and the little triangular strap rings for my old film bodies.
